What is Omoco?
Omoco is a global mobile network provider which provides a Deploy-It-Yourself (DIY) platform packed with enough power and memory to run a complete stand-alone cellular network. It enables quick setting up of mobile network, providing voice telephony, text messaging and packet data services.
Do I need any software to make it operational?
Yes, software is required to make Omoco’s solutions operational. You can select the same on the basis of your requirements while purchasing the product and the box will come with a pre-configured hardware.
Can I use it for commercial operations?
A spectrum license is required for its operation – however, no external connectivity is required for the operation of the stand-alone private mobile network. The buyer has to ensure all the necessary approvals are in place before using it for any commercial or non-commercial activity, in its country of operation.
What interfaces are provided?
Omoco has a very lean and clean design. Standard IP based interfaces are supported for integrating it with VoIP service providers/mobile network operator. For the user interface, all existing mobile handsets - both feature and smartphones - can work.

Yes, Omoco is a Deploy-It-Yourself (DIY) platform packed with enough power and memory to run a complete and stand-alone cellular network. With a simple step by step configuration, it can start working immediately.
What all is included in the shipment?

If my shipment doesn’t get delivered till the confirmed date, whom should I connect with
After you make an order, an Airway Bill (AWB) Number will be shared with you for tracking your order. If your order doesn’t get delivered by the desired date, do not hesitate to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have specific SIM-cards or any SIM-card can be used with the products?
You can choose between pre-configured SIM-cards, which will be provided by us or get your own SIM-cards programmed.
Can I return a newly purchased Omoco product?
Yes, in case of any manufacturing defect, the product can be replaced within three months from the date of purchase. In case of any software or hardware issues, remote troubleshooting assistance would be provided.
What kind of after-sales service is being provided?
Instant customer support around the world is available through Skype and e-mails. We provide 24x7 instant customer support through e-mails as well as through Skype calls for any software and hardware troubleshooting.
Can I return a defective product under warranty?
If yes, will I be reimbursed for the money used for shipping the product back?
Yes, the product comes with a three-month warranty. We will ship the replacement of the product as soon as the defected piece is received. However, you’ll have to bear the cost of shipping the product back in the first instance.
What handsets are compatible with Omoco TNB?
All handsets supporting GSM are compatible with Omoco TNB.
Can I use multiple TNBs to cover a larger area or a big campus?
Yes, you can use multiple TNBs; however, please connect with us at email@example.com for a better/bigger solution.
Can I move the whole Omoco product to use it in another location?
During the usage of a product, how customers would be charged?

If I start a call within the RF coverage and leave the same while talking, will my call get dropped?
Yes, it will get dropped.
